I had a mixed experience at H5 Grauer Baer Studios & More. While the location was superb, smack in the city center, and I appreciated the clean room and kitchenette, the uncomfortable beds and rude staff really brought my experience down. Self-check-in was a hassle, and the check-out process was frustrating, casting a shadow over what could've been a great stay.

I had a lovely time during my stay. the location was fantastic, right in the heart of Innsbruck. However, I did face some issues with the check-in process and my room's thermostat. which made it quite warm at night. Overall, the staff was helpful and accommodating, especially during unexpected situations.
